Distance is no object - Executive Typing have the equipment to digitally transcribe audio files received via email or, produce reports from handwritten material that has been posted or scanned and sent via email, or from audio tapes or disks received by post or courier.

If you live locally we can communicate in the way you feel most comfortable - face to face, telephone or email. Even if you operate from further afield we can arrange to meet if you feel it necessary.

You choose how completed work is returned to you. Receive it in the format of your choice - email, fax, post, disc or paper copies, presented to your specifications; or approve the work by email and have us forward hard copy originals to colleagues elsewhere.

Once we've agreed what it is you want, you can get on with more important business, assured that you're administrative tasks are in good hands. We will be in touch if we uncover uncertainties and liaise with you along the way with large and/or complex projects.

Executive Typing endeavours to ensure the accuracy of all work undertaken and makes internal checks prior to despatch. However, please remember that since you know your business best and perhaps care for it most, it is in your best interests to check everything carefully, ensuring that all content is correct. Note also that master documents will not be despatched without final approval.

If you have a one-off document to dictate but have no dictaphone, or your own is out of order, there's no need to suffer hefty financial outlays in purchasing equipment as we have transcribers for hire at very reasonable rates.

I am a writer. I find it just about impossible to get inspiration while sitting at a keyboard but I do like writing with a pen. I have arthritis in my hands so my writing is all but indecipherable - even to me on occasions. Executive Typing have typed one book for me so far and by some miracle, deciphered my handwriting.
